*Skinless, boneless chicken breasts can be used instead of beef cubes.
- In large pot, heat oil, then sauté beef.
- Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cilantro, and enough water to cover
meat. Cover pot and cook over low heat until meat is tender.
