Eyebright is an herb that grows in Europe and North America. It has been used to improve eye health. It can be taken as a pill, powder, or used as eye drops.

There are no advised doses for eyebright.

It may be safe to use eyebright. It may also be safe to take aloe orally for a short time. Not enough studies have been done to say whether it is safe to use for a long period.
Interactions
