Refrigerated pizza dough ½ pound
Tomato sauce, no salt added 4 ounces
Part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded ¾ cup
Pineapple chunks, packed in juice, drained ½ cup
Lean deli ham, sliced into small strips 2 ounces
  1. Directions
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  3. Roll pizza dough into a ball and sprinkle with flour. On a flat, floured surface (eg, a countertop), roll or press pizza into a 9-inch round shape. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let set, 5-10 minutes.
  4. Spoon tomato sauce over pizza dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple and ham.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is a golden brown.
