Ingredients and Preparation

Fat-free milk 1½ cups
Small bananas, peeled 4
Low-fat plain yogurt 1 cup
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon
Ice cubes 1 cup
  1. Directions
  2. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender or food processor. Process until thick and creamy.
  3. With motor running, add ice cubes. Process until smooth.
  4. Pour into tall glasses to serve.
