Fat free sour cream 1 cup
Dried dill 2 teaspoons
Scallions, finely choppedd 3 tablespoons
Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Salmon fillet with skin, cut in center 1 ½ pounds
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
As needed, fat free cooking spray
  1. Directions
  2. Whisk sour cream, dill, onion, mustard, and lemon juice in small bowl to blend.
  3. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly oil baking sheet with cooking spray.
  4. Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Spread with the sauce.
  5. Bake salmon until just opaque in center, about 20 minutes.
