Cauliflower, cut into florets ½ small head  
Broccoli, cut into florets 2 cups
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons  
Olive oil 1 tablespoon  
Garlic, minced 1 clove
Fresh parsley, chopped 2 teaspoons  
  1. Directions
  2. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender (about 10 minutes).
  3. In a small saucepan, mix the lemon juice, oil, and garlic, and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Put the vegetables in a serving dish. Pour the lemon sauce over the vegetables. Garnish with parsley.
