Boron is a mineral found in food and the environment. It has been used to help the body use other minerals better, such as calcium. It can be taken as a pill.
Dosages3 to 10 milligrams once daily.

It is likely safe to take small amounts of boron for a short period of time. Not enough studies have been done to say whether it is safe to take for a long period. Taking high doses of boron can be toxic.
Interactions
