Introduction

Lady’s slipper orchid is a group of flowers that are endangered. This makes the supplement very hard to find. Lady’s slipper orchid has been used to ease feelings of anxiety and problems sleeping. It can be taken as a pill, powder, or extract. It can also be made into a tea.
