Reducing Your Risk for Preterm Labor and Delivery
There are steps that women can take to lower the risk of preterm labor and delivery, such as:
- Getting routine prenatal care
- Staying active during pregnancy
- Eating a healthy diet that includes fruits, vegetables, and whole grains
