Other Treatments for Managing Fibromyalgia

Other ways that may help manage this health problem are:

Exercise can help improve a person's health and mood. Tai chi and yoga are good choices.
Counseling can help people with quality of life and manage things like pain and problems sleeping. One example is cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Some alternative and complementary therapies may help, such as massage, acupuncture, and trigger point therapy.
