Symptoms of Nutritional Anemia

Some people do not have symptoms. People who do may have:

  • Weakness
  • Breathing problems
  • Rapid heartbeat
  • Pale skin
  • Headache
  • Cravings for ice or clay due to a lack of iron
  • Confusion or clumsiness
  • Sores in the mouth or on the tongue
  • Diarrhea or weight loss
