En una sartén wok grande antiadherente o sartén, caliente 2 cucharaditas de aceite sobre fuego medio-alto. Agregue la carne de cerdo y saltee durante aproximadamente 4-5 minutos, hasta que se cueza totalmente. Retírela de la sartén y póngala aparte.
Agregue las cebolletas, el apio así como las zanahorias y saltee durante 2-3 minutos. Agregue la salsa teriyaki, la salsa de soya, agua y yogur. Póngalos a hervir.
Agregue la carne de cerdo y hierva a fuego lento durante 1-2 minutos. Rocíe las semillas de ajonjolí y sirva con arroz.
