Yellow dock is an herb that grows in North America. The root has been used to ease digestion and improve liver function. Yellow dock has also been used to ease inflammation in the nose and throat. It can be taken as pill, powder, or extract. Yellow dock can also be made into a tea.Dosages

It may be safe to take yellow dock in small doses for a short time. It may be unsafe to use for a long period.1 Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not take yellow dock.
