  1. Directions
  2. Using a fork, combine butter, cilantro, lemon zest, and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper over flesh side(s) of fish.
  4. Heat a large nonstick skillet generously coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook fish (skin-side first, if applicable) 2-3 minutes on each side, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Plate fish, drizzle with lemon juice, top with cilantro butter, and serve.
