Sea bass filets (can substitute salmon or trout)2 (6-ounce)
Cooking spray
  1. Directions
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine marmalade, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Prepare broiler (to high-heat setting, if applicable).
  4. Place fish, skin side down, in a small baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spread marmalade mixture over fish and broil about 8 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
