Mahi mahi2 (6-ounce) filets
Olive oil2 teaspoons
  1. Directions
  2. Grind nuts in a small food processor or blender (alternatively, you can pound them with a wooden spoon or mallet in a plastic bag) into a bread crumb-like consistency. Spread the ground nuts out on a plate.
  3. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, then coat evenly on both sides with the ground nuts.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Add mahi mahi to skillet and cook until done (fish will flake easily with a fork when done), about 4 minutes per side.
