  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Trim visible fat off meat.
  4. Combine pepper, rosemary, mustard, salt, and garlic. Rub mixture evenly over both sides of steak.
  5. Grill three minutes on each side or until cooked to preference.

. Wash and scrub 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes. Dry and punch several holes in them with a fork to let steam escape when baking. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425˚F for about 40 minutes.
