Dried sliced apples1 cup
Dried pitted prunes1 cup
Dried cranberries1 cup
Canned pitted red cherries1 cup
Quick cooking tapioca½ cup
Grape juice1 cup
Water3 cups
Orange juice½ cup
Lemon juice¼ cup
Orange peel, grated1 tablespoon
Brown sugar½ cup
Frozen vanilla yogurt
  1. Directions
  2. Combine all fruits, tapioca, grape juice, and water in slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Before serving, stir in orange and lemon juices, orange peel, and brown sugar.
  5. Serve warm as soup or dessert. Serve chilled with frozen vanilla yogurt.
