Fat free sour cream1 cup
Dried dill2 teaspoons
Scallions, finely choppedd3 tablespoons
Dijon mustard2 tablespoons
Lemon juice2 tablespoons
Salmon fillet with skin, cut in center1 ½ pounds
Garlic powder½ teaspoon
Black pepper½ teaspoon
As needed, fat free cooking spray
  1. Directions
  2. Whisk sour cream, dill, onion, mustard, and lemon juice in small bowl to blend.
  3. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly oil baking sheet with cooking spray.
  4. Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Spread with the sauce.
  5. Bake salmon until just opaque in center, about 20 minutes.
