Baking chocolate2 squares (1 ounce each)
Nondairy creamer, soy formula or lactose-free milk1 cup
Cornstarch1 tablespoon
Granulated sugar¼ cup
Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
  1. Directions
  2. Melt chocolate and nondairy creamer in small pan.
  3. Measure cornstarch and sugar into saucepan.
  4. Add part of the liquid and stir until cornstarch dissolves.
  5. Add the remainder of the liquid.
  6. Cook over medium heat until warm.
  7. Stir in chocolate until mixture is thick and comes to a boil.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Blend in vanilla and cool.
