|Roma tomatoes||6 (or 3 large regular tomatoes)|
|Onion, finely chopped||½ medium|
|Garlic clove, finely minced||1|
|Serrano or jalapeno peppers, finely chopped||2|
|Cilantro, chopped||3 tablespoons |
|Oregano, finely crushed||1/8 teaspoon |
|Salt||1/8 teaspoon |
|Pepper||1/8 teaspoon |
|Avocado (black skin), diced||½|
|Juice of 1 lime|
- Combine all of the ingredients in a glass bowl.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within 4 to 5 hours.
