Canola oil2 teaspoons
Boneless pork loin, sliced into strips½ pound
Medium scallions, sliced2
Medium celery stalk, sliced1
Carrots, thinly sliced1 cup
Teriyaki sauce2 tablespoons
Low-sodium soy sauce½ tablespoon
Water2 tablespoons
Plain, low-fat yogurt¼ cup
Sesame seeds, toasted2 teaspoons
  1. Directions
  2. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large nonstick wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the scallions, celery, and carrots, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, water, and yogurt. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add the pork and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
