Freshly ground pepper to taste 
Sirloin steak tips½ pound

  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Combine thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub onto both sides of the steak.
  4. Grill steak for 2-4 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness is achieved. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Wash and scrub 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes. Dice into large cubes, place in a small pot, and fill with water; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork, about 20 minutes. Mash potatoes with a fork and then add 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons low-fat milk, and 2 teaspoons butter. Beat mixture with an electric whisk until creamy.
