Horny Goat Weed

Introduction

Horny goat weed is an herb that grows in China. The leaves have been used to ease fatigue and increase sex drive. It can be taken as a pill, powder, or extract. It can also be made into a tea.

Dosages

There are no advised doses for horny goat weed.

Safety Notes

It may be safe for most adults to take horny goat weed for a short time. Not enough studies have been done to say whether it is safe to for take a long period or by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.B1-B3
