Reducing Your Risk for Preterm Labor and Delivery

There are steps that women can take to lower the risk of preterm labor and delivery, such as:

  • Getting routine prenatal care
  • Staying active during pregnancy
  • Eating a healthy diet that includes fruits, vegetables, and whole grains
