Introducción

El ginseng es una planta que se usa con frecuencia en tés y gaseosas. La raíz se utiliza para estimular la energía y mejorar la función cerebral. El ginseng se puede tomar en forma de comprimido, polvo o extracto.

Dosificación

1 gramo de 1 a 3 veces al día

  • Náuseas y vómitos inducidos por el cáncer : es probable que alivie los síntomas D1
  • Disfunción eréctil : es probable que alivie los síntomas H1, H2

Notas de seguridad

Probablemente sea seguro para la mayoría de los adultos tomar ginseng en pequeñas dosis durante un corto tiempo. Las mujeres embarazadas no deben tomar ginseng. Es posible que el ginseng no sea seguro cuando se lo toma durante un período prolongado.
