The most common symptom of uterine cancer is abnormal bleeding, such as:

  • Irregular menstrual periods
  • Bleeding between periods
  • Bleeding after menopause

Other symptoms may be:

  • Belly or pelvic pain
  • A swollen belly
  • Bloating
  • Lack of hunger
  • Changes in bowel or bladder function
